摘要
为促进吉林省绿色大豆产业发展,降低农药施用量,选育多抗、优质、高产大豆新品种。2008年以吉生00307-3为母本,吉育88为父本配置杂交组合,采用系谱法,育成优质、多抗大豆新品种吉育306。2017-2018年参加吉林省中早熟组大豆区域试验,平均产量3 430.8公斤/公顷,比对照吉育47增产5.5%。2018年参加吉林省中早熟组大豆生产试验,平均产量3 534.5公斤/公顷,比对照吉育47增产9.1%。粗蛋白质含量41.85%,粗脂肪含量19.61%。2019年3月通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定,该品种高产、稳产、优质、抗病。适宜吉林省中早熟地区种植。
In order to develop green soybean production in Jilin Province, and to reduce the use of pesticides, a new soybean variety Jiyu 306 with multi-resistance, high quality and high yield was bred through sexual hybridization, using the pedigree selection method with Jisheng 00307-3 as female and Jiyu 88 as male. In 2017 and 2018, the average yield of Jiyu 306 was 3 430.8 kg/ha, which was 5.5% higher than that of Jiyu 47 in regional experiment. In 2018, the average yield of Jiyu 306 in Jilin Province was 3 534.5 kg/ha, 9.1% higher than that of Jiyu 47. The seed protein and oil contents of Jiyu 306 were41.85% and 19.61%, respectively. Jiyu 306 was proved and released to the farmers by Jilin Evaluation Committee of Crop Variety in March 2019. The variety was characterized as high yield, multi-resistance,and high quality. This variety was adoptable to be planted in the middle-early maturity regions of Jilin Province.
