2组不同培养箱对辅助生殖临床结局的影响对比 被引量:2

Comparative analysis of two groups of incubators on the clinical outcome of assisted reproduction

摘要 目的比较同一型号的2组不同培养箱对体外授精胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)临床结局的影响。方法收集2017年3月-2018年11月在本中心进行取卵周期的患者临床资料,符合纳入标准的取卵周期数分别为1号培养箱117个和2号培养箱114个。对比2组培养箱的正常受精率、D3优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率、优质囊胚率、D5囊胚冷冻个数、D6囊胚冷冻个数、移植2D3临床妊娠率和种植率。结果 2号培养箱的正常受精率显著高于1号培养箱(81.33%vs 74.4%,P<0.05);2号培养箱移植2D3的种植率显著高于1号培养箱(36.79%vs 23.26%,P<0.05);2组培养箱的D3优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率、优质囊胚率、D5囊胚冷冻个数、D6囊胚冷冻个数、移植2D3临床妊娠率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论同一型号的培养箱之间的临床结局可能存在差异,应定期做好质控分析。 Obiective To compare the clinical outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in two different incubators of the same type. Methods From March 2017 to November 2018,the clinical data of the patients in our center were collected. The number of cycles in accordance with the inclusion criteria were 117 in No. 1 incubator and 114 in No. 2 incubator,respectively.The normal fertilization rate,D3 high quality embryo rate,blastocyst formation rate,high quality blastocyst formation rate,D5 blastocyst freezing number,D6 blastocyst freezing number,ET 2 D3 clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate were compared between the two groups.Results The normal fertilization rate in No.2 incubator was significantly higher than that in No. 1 incubator(81.33% vs.74.4%,P<0.05);the implantation rate of ET 2 D3 in No.2 incubator was significantly higher than that in No.1 incubator(36.79% vs. 23.26%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in D3 high-quality embryo rate,blastocyst formation rate,high-quality blastocyst formation rate,D5 blastocyst freezing number,D6 blastocyst freezing number and ET 2 D3 clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There may be differences in clinical outcomes between the same type of incubator. Quality control analysis should be done regularly.
