盐酸胺碘酮注射液在老年急性左心衰合并快速房颤患者中的疗效观察

The observation of Amiodarone Hydrochloride injection in elderly patients with acute leftheart failure combined with rapid atrial fibrillation

目的观察盐酸胺碘酮注射液治疗老年急性左心衰合并快速房颤的疗效和安全性。方法将60例急性左心衰合并快速房颤老年患者随机分为盐酸胺碘酮治疗组(试验组)和西地兰治疗组(对照组),观察2组患者治疗后24 h的临床疗效、血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平及治疗后12 h、24 h的心室率情况。结果治疗后24 h试验组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后12 h、24 h试验组降低房颤心室率优于对照组,治疗后24 h试验组血浆BNP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论盐酸胺碘酮注射液治疗老年急性左心衰合并快速房颤的效果优于西地兰,值得临床推广。

Objective Toobserve the efficacyand safetyof Amiodarone Hydrochloride injection in elderlypatients with acute left heart failure combined with rapid atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with acute left heart failure combined with rapid atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into Amiodarone treatment group(observation group)and Deslanoside group(control group).The observation of two groups of patients with heart failure symptoms,plasma BNP levels after 24 hours and ventricular rate after 12 and 24 hours.Results After 24 hours of treatment,the symptoms of heart failure were alleviated in both groups,but the ventricular rate of atrial fibrillation in the observation group were better than that in the control group at 12 h and 24 h after treatment,the plasma BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 24 h after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Amiodarone injection was superior in the treatment of elderly patients with acute left heart failure combined with rapid atrial fibrillation,with fewer adverse reactions and worthy of clinical promotion.
