乡村振兴战略下小农户融入现代农业发展研究

The Integration of Small Household Farmers into Modern Agriculture in the View of the Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大报告提出:要全面推进小农户融入现代农业的发展,培育现代化农村发展模式,发展多元化适度规模经营,壮大新型农业经济主体。如何实现增加小农户收入、提高农业竞争力是现代农业发展的一个主要研究方向。目前,小农户与现代农业在衔接上存在许多现实问题,对此可以通过:因地制宜地健全农业社会化服务体系,提升小农户组织化建设及利益联结机制建设,加强小农户现代科技装备应用及基础设施建设,加强农村农业人力资源建设,加强资金、保险政策支持等手段来解决小农户发展现代化中存在的问题,有效地促进小农户与现代农业的融合,实现共同振兴、共同富裕的目标。

As presented in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the integration of small household farmers into modern agriculture will be fully promoted,a developing mode for the modernizing rural areas will be cultivated,appropriately scaled agricultural operations of various forms will be developed,and new types of agribusiness will be expanded.Therefore,how to increase the income of small household farmers and improve the agricultural competitiveness become the research direction of modern agricultural development.Currently,the integration of small household farmers into modern agriculture is faced with many realistic difficulties.Regarding this,many methods will be used to solve the problems in the modern agriculture development for small household farmers such as improving specialized agricultural services,improving the construction of organization and benefit-binding mechanism,strengthening the application of modern technological equipment and infrastructure construction,enhancing the human resource construction in rural areas and agriculture,reinforcing funding policy and insurance policy,so as to effectively promote the integration of small household farmers into modern agriculture and realize collective revitalization and prosperity.
