摘要
采用碱性硫化物体系脱除含锑金精矿中的锑时,会有金的伴随浸出。由于不同形态的含硫物质的浸金能力不同,因此控制含硫物质的形态,使其尽可能以浸金能力低的形态存在,理论上可以降低金的伴随浸出率。本文研究了不同条件下多硫化物与硫代硫酸盐的转化现象,得到以下结论:不断对碱性硫化体系进行氧化作用,Sx^2-会被氧化为S2O3^2-,直至达到平衡;在30~90℃,多硫化物的氧化反应均可以进行,升高温度可以加速氧化过程的反应速率;提高溶液体系中的pH值可以抑制Sx^2-的氧化,同时改变体系中Sx^2-与S2O3^2-分布平衡。
When antimony in gold concentrate containing antimony is removed by alkaline sulfide system, gold will be extracted with it. Due to the different gold leaching ability of different forms of sulfur containing substances, controlling the form of sulfur containing substances and making them exist in the form with low gold leaching ability as far as possible can theoretically reduce the co-leaching rate of gold. In this paper, the conversion of polysulfide and thiosulfate under different conditions was studied, and the following conclusions were obtained: the oxidation of the basic vulcanization system is continuously performed, Sx^2- will be oxidized to S2O3^2- until the equilibrium is reached;the oxidation reaction of polysulfide can be carried out at 30 ~ 90℃, and the reaction rate of oxidation process can be accelerated by increasing the temperature;the oxidation of Sx^2- can be inhibited by increasing the p H value in the solution system, and the distribution equilibrium of Sx^2- and S2O3^2- in the system can be changed.
