摘要 当前,对现役煤电机组进行超低排放改造势在必行。超低排放改造技术路线成熟,可供选择方案较多,而投资方较为关注各方案的造价水平和改造经济效益。本文从粉尘、脱硝、脱硫三个方面介绍了超低排放改造的各种方案,包括改造工艺及成本分析。通过对多项改造工程进行测算,结果发现,600 MW等级机组改造投资在17 000万~34 000万元,1 000 MW等级机组改造投资在16 000万~44 000万元。本研究分析了不同容量等级机组超低排放改造的经济性,结果表明,超低排放改造将会使上网电价增加7.41~9.52元/(MW·h)(含税)。 At present, it is imperative to carry out ultra-low emission reform of existing coal-fired generating units. The ultra-low emission transformation technology route is mature, and there are many options available, while the investors pay more attention to the cost level of each program and the economic benefits of transformation. This paper introduces various schemes for ultra-low emission modification, including modification process and cost analysis, from three aspects: dust, denitrification and desulfurization. Through the calculation of a number of renovation projects, it was found that the investment in the transformation of 600 MW class units was between 170 million and 340 million yuan, and the investment in the transformation of 1 000 MW class units was between 160 million and 440 million yuan. This study analyzes the economics of ultra-low emission conversion of units with different capacity levels. The results show that the ultra-low emission transformation will increase the on-grid price by 7.41 ~ 9.52 yuan/(MW·h)(including tax).
