摘要
危险废物具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性或者感染性,减少危险废物产生量,加强危险废物生命周期全过程跟踪和管理,是保护生态环境安全的迫切需要。当前,人们可从危险废物减量化、再循环利用、资源化、处置、预警及应急响应、在线交易等角度入手,运用物联网、大数据等技术,构建信息化、自动化、智能化危险废物环保管家服务模式,对危险废物生命全周期过程进行优化、跟踪、监管,最大限度减少对生态环境的污染。
Hazardous wastes have corrosive, toxic, flammable, reactive or infectious characteristics. It is an urgent need to reduce the production of hazardous wastes and strengthen the tracking and management of the whole life cycle of hazardous wastes in order to protect the ecological environment. At present, people can start from the perspectives of hazardous waste reduction, recycling, resource utilization, disposal, early warning and emergency response, online transactions, and use the Internet of Things, big data and other technologies to build an information-based, automated, and intelligent environmental protection butler service model for hazardous waste, and optimize, track and supervise the whole cycle of hazardous waste life to minimize pollution to the ecological environment.
