井下清浊水分离排水和煤水分离系统设计及应用 被引量:2

摘要 呼吉尔特和榆横北部矿区的葫芦素煤矿、小纪汗煤矿等煤矿区煤炭埋藏较深,矿井涌水量大,水煤进入主煤流系统对主煤流系统运行安全造成很大影响,如何提高主运输系统能力,降低矿井水处理费用和设备损耗,成为企业当务之急。本研究结合葫芦素煤矿的生产实际,通过化验采空区水质,总结对比各矿的先进经验,制定多种方案,有效地解除矿井水处理压力,解决了水处理成本高的问题,提高了排水和运输系统的可靠性,对煤矿企业安全、平稳、绿色发展有着重大意义。 The coal deposits in the coal fields such as Hulusu coal mine and Xiaojihan coal mine in the northern mining area of Hugilt and Yuheng are deeply buried and the water inflow of the mine is large. Water coal entering the main coal flow system has a great impact on the operation safety of the main coal flow system. How to improve the capacity of the main transportation system and reduce the mine water treatment costs and equipment losses has become an urgent task for enterprises. This study combines the actual production of cucurbita coal mines, tests the water quality in the minedout area, summarizes and compares the advanced experience of various mines, and formulates various schemes, in order to effectively relieve the pressure of mine water treatment, solve the problem of high cost of water treatment, and improve the reliability of drainage and transportation systems. This has great significance for the safe, stable and green development of coal mining enterprises.
