摘要
四电极NO2电化学传感器作为一种新型的大气NO2传感器,受到越来越多科研工作者的重视。但零点电流、环境温湿度会对NO2电化学传感器工作产生很大干扰,为此文中提出一种数据校正方法来补偿环境因素对大气NO2测量结果的影响。在实验室条件下,先测试传感器系统的稳定性,再测量零点背景电流、传感器响应及温湿度,建立了NO2传感器测量数据校正方法。为验证校正方法可行性,利用该系统对大气NO2进行了连续72 h观测,并与同位置蓝色激光光源CRDS系统的测量结果进行了对比,发现未经温湿度补偿的该系统数据与CRDS数据相关性R2为0.80,经补偿后的数据与CRDS的相关性提高到0.95。结果表明,该方法可有效补偿环境因素对电化学传感器测量大气NO2影响,也给其他电化学传感器温湿度校正提供了理论依据。
As a new type of atmospheric NO2 sensor,four-electrode NO2 electrochemical sensor has been paid more and more attention by researchers.However,zero current and ambient temperature and humidity can interfere greatly with the work of NO2 electrochemical sensor.A data correction method was proposed to compensate for the influence of environmental factors on the measurement results of atmospheric NO2.In the laboratory condition,the stability of the sensor system was tested first,then the background current of zero point,the response of the sensor and the temperature and humidity were measured,and the calibration method of the measurement data of the NO2 sensor was established.In order to verify the feasibility of the correction method,the atmospheric NO2 was observed continuously for 72 hours using this system,and the results were compared with the measurement results of CRDS system of blue laser light source in the same position.It was found that the correlation between this system data and the CRDS data without temperature and humidity compensation was 0.80,and the correlation between the data after compensation and CRDS increased to 0.95.The results show that this method can effectively compensate the influence of environmental factors on the measurement of atmospheric NO2 by electrochemical sensor,which also provides theoretical basis for temperature and humidity correction of other electrochemical sensors.
