城镇社区农民工教育需求表达机制研究

Research on the Expression Mechanism of Migrant Workers’ Educational Needs in Urban Communities

社区教育是提高农民工技能和综合素质的重要途径,建立有效的社区农民工教育需求表达机制,既是提高社区教育有效供给的起点,也是调动社区多元主体积极参与农民工教育的机制保障。在社区教育共同治理的基础上,根据社区农民工教育的特点,通过完善信息渠道与信息整合、多元主体民主协商、政府回应绩效考核与监督等特色机制建设,以此构建完整的社区农民工教育需求表达机制,为农民工顺利实现自身教育诉求提供制度和机制保障。

Community education is an important way to improve the skils and comprehensive quality of migrant workers.The es-tablishment of a.n effective mechanism to express the needs of migant workers'community education is not only the starting point to im-prove the effective supply of community,but also the mechanism to mobilize the multiple subjects of the community to actively partici-pate in migTant workers'education.On the basis of common governance of community education,according to the characteristics of community migrant workers'education,through the improvement of information channels and information integation,multi-agent dem0-cIatic consultation,goveinment tesponse to perormance appraisal and supervision and other characteristics of mechanism c0nstruction,a complete community migrant workers education demand expression mechanism should be constucted to provide system and mecha-nism guarantee for migrant workers to successfully realize their 0wn education demands.
