终身教育视角下的自学考试终身学习账户制度建设

The Construction of Lifelong Learning Account System of Self-taught Examination from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

终身学习账户制度是学分银行建设的先行步骤,为学分银行的运行提供基础支撑,对于构建终身教育体系、加快学习社会建设、推动社会全面发展具有重要的现实意义。基于此,从终身教育视角出发,根据学分银行建设目标要求,借鉴国内外实践经验,提出自学考试终身学习账户制度的构建途径、运行机制与功能实现。

The lifelong learning account system is the first step of the construction of credit bank,which provides the basic sup-port for the operation of credit bank.It is of great practical significance to construct the lifelong education system,accelerate the con-struction of learming society and promote all-round development of the society.From the perspective of lifelong education,according to the requirements of the construction goal of credit bank and drawing on the practical experience home and abroad,this paper puts for-ward the construction way,operation mechanism and function realization of the lifelong learning account system of self-taught examination.
