建立和改革完善国家资格框架是近年来国际社会高质量、高水平人力资源、国际化发展、终身教育体系和学习型社会建设的重要教育举措。泰国资格框架的变革是一个历史的动态发展过程,是不断适应社会需求和教育发展需要的结果。泰国国家资格框架的建立是基于高等教育资格框架和职业资格框架基础上,将各级各类职业资格和教育资格全部纳入框架体系中与国家发展战略和国际发展保持实时、动态联系的发展模式,值得我国资格框架建设参考和借鉴。

Establishing,reforming and improving the national qualifications framework is an important educational measure for the high-quality,high-level human resources,international development,lifelong education system and learning-oriented society in the international community in recent years.The transformation of the Thailand's qualification framework is a historical dynamic develop-ment process,which is the result of continuous adaptation to the needs of society and education development.The establishment of Thailand's national qualfication framework is based on the higher education qualification framework and the vocational qualification framework,and all kinds of vocational qualifications and educational qualifications at all levels are included in the framework system.Its development model,which keeps real-time and dynamic contact with national development strategy and international development is worthy of references for the construction of China's qualification framework.
