多元引领与实践导向:哈佛大学教育学院继续教育的探索与启思 被引量:3

摘要 继续教育意义重大,理应突破传统地位、发挥更大价值。哈佛大学教育学院在继续教育方面设有基础教育、高等教育、网络教育、校长中心四个大类,依据主题方向可以分为领导力的培养、教师发展与教学改革、教育与社会综合问题三类。分析其理念目标、课程模式、特色案例、学业规划等,发现类型多元、聚焦细腻、贴近社会、适应需求、引领前沿、致力创新。建议我国高校继续教育借鉴哈佛大学做法,注重多元性、提升特色性、优化教学方法、改善授课方式、拓宽招生范围、关照现实需要。 The continuing education is of great significance,which should break through the traditional status and play greater value.There are four major categories of continuing education in Harvard Graduate School of Education,conduding PreK-12 educa-tion,higher education,online learning and principals'center.According to the subject direction,it can be divied into three categories:leadership training,teacher development and teaching reform and education and social integration.By analyzing its concept objectives,curriculum models,specifie cases and academic planning,we find it is various,unique and innovative,close to the society and adapted to the needs as well.It is suggested that China's higher continuing education should draw on the experience of Harvard University and pay attention to diversities,enhance characteristics,optimize and improve teaching methods,broaden the scope of enrolment and meet the need of the society.
