心理护理干预在急诊重症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Emergency Severe Patients

目的 观察心理护理干预在急诊重症患者中的应用效果.方法 选择我院收治的100例急诊重症患者作为本次研究的对象,随机将其分成常规护理干预组(C组,50例)和心理护理干预组(X组,50例).观察和对比两组患者的临床护理效果.结果 X组患者的焦虑评分、睡眠质量评分、依从性及满意度均明显优于C组(P<0.05).结论 在急诊重症患者实施心理护理干预,不仅可行,而且护理效果显著,能明显提高抢救效果.

Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention in emergency patients with severe illness.Methods One hundred cases of severe emergency patients admitted to ourhospital were randomly divided into routine nursing intervention group(group C,50 cases) and psychological nursing intervention group(group X,50 cases).To observe and compare the clinical nursing effect of the two groups.Results The anxiety score,sleep quality score,compliance and satisfaction of group X were significantly better than those of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in emergency patients with severe illness is not only feasible,but also has remarkable nursing effect,which can significantly improve the rescue effect.
