阿卡波糖在2型糖尿病治疗中的成效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Acarbose in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的 分析在治疗2型糖尿病时,阿卡波糖的成效.方法 对照组患者采用盐酸二甲双胍进行治疗,治疗组患者采用的是阿卡波糖进行治疗.结果 在经过治疗之后,对照组和治疗组两组患者的指标均呈现出了不同幅度的下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在本次试验研究中,阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC指标起着很好的降低作用,并且还具有很好的治疗效果.

Objective To analyze the effect of acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Patients in the control group were treated with metformin hydrochloride,and patients in the treatment group were treated with acarbose.Results After treatment the indexes of the control group and the treatment group showed different degrees of decline,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,acarbose plays a very good role in reducing FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TG,and TC in patients with type 2 diabetes,and it also has a good therapeutic effect.
