骨折合并糖尿病老年手术患者血糖控制及价值探究被引量：2

摘要目的研究分析骨折合并糖尿病老年手术患者血糖控制的临床价值.方法对我院2018年10月-2019年7月治疗的骨折合并糖尿病老年手术患者40例进行分组分析,对照组20例患者开展常规围手术期护理,观察组20例患者开展综合护理措施,对患者血糖监控护理、心理护理、饮食干预、用药指导、健康教育等干预.结果观察组的切口愈合时间、住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05),在护理干预前两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖指标比较无差异(P>0.05),在护理干预后观察组的空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖均低于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论对骨折合并糖尿病老年手术患者进行血糖控制,利于患者骨折伤口愈合,缩短患者康复时间,应广泛推广.
