摘要
目的 研究优质护理干预措施在门诊输液室护理中的应用效果.方法 选取我院门诊输液室输液的患者90例,按数字随机法分为观察组(45例,常规护理干预措施)和对照组(45例,优质护理干预措施).比较两组患者对护理人员的(业务水平、环境满意度、服务态度、输液舒适度的评分)总满意度情况.结果 观察组患者的总满意度明显高于对照组,且细分至各项指标得分,观察组均高于对照组,两组相比,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 优质护理干预措施应用于门诊输液室护理中,能有效提高患者对护理的满意度,缓和患者焦虑的心理,减少护患矛盾的发生,值得临床推广.
Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in outpatient transfusion room nursing.Methods Ninety patients who received transfusion in outpatient transfusion room of our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(45 cases,routine nursing intervention) and control group(45 cases,high quality nursing intervention).The total satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing staff(business levels environmental satisfaction,service attitude,transfusion comfort score) was compared.Results The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control groups and subdivided into various indicators,the observation group was higher than that in the control groups the difference between the two groups was significant with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention measures in outpatient transfusion room nursing can effectively improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing,alleviate patients’ anxiety and reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient contra diction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
