亚甲蓝光动力治疗感染相关性皮肤病的研究进展

Progress in methylene blue mediated photodynamic therapy for infection-related skin diseases

摘要 亚甲蓝属吩噻嗪类衍生物,是光动力疗法中常用的光敏剂。体外研究已证实亚甲蓝光动力治疗(MB-PDT)可显著抑制或杀灭众多的致病细菌、真菌、病毒及原生生物。近年来,关于MB-PDT治疗感染性皮肤病的临床研究逐渐增多。现有的研究表明,MB-PDT对于多种感染相关性皮肤病具有肯定的治疗效果,且不良反应少、价格低廉,具有良好的应用前景。 Methylene blue belongs to a phenothiazine derivative that is a commonly used photosensitizer in photodynamic therapy(PDT). In vitro studies have confirmed that methylene blue mediated photodynamic therapy(MB-PDT) has significant inhibitory or killing effects on numerous pathogens like bacteria, fungi, viruses, and protists. In recent years, clinical studies on MB-PDT treatment for infectionassociated skin diseases have gradually increased, and shown therapeutic effect on a variety of infectionassociated skin diseases. Compared with other photosemsitizers, MB-PDT has less adverse reactions, lower prices, and good application prospects.
