摘要 研究了金属酞菁催化氧化β-甲基萘制备甲基萘醌的反应,考察了催化剂种类、氧化剂种类、投料比、反应温度和时间等对反应的影响。结果表明双核磺化酞菁铜表现出良好的催化活性,在双氧水为氧化剂,醋酸为溶剂的条件下,催化剂质量分数为15%、双氧水与甲基萘的摩尔比为5∶1、反应温度为60℃、时间为7 h,目标产物的收率最高达到47.8%。 The oxidation of β-methylnaphthalene catalyzed by metal phthalocyanine was studied. The influences of catalyst, oxidant, raw ratio, reaction temperature and time were inquired. As the result, binuclear copper sulfonated phthalocyanine exhibited good catalytic activity. The yield of 47.8% was obtained in the presence of hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and glacial acetic acid as solvent, with the reaction parameters were as follows: reaction temperature was 60℃, reaction time was 7 hours, 15%(wt) catalyst and 5 equivalent oxidant.
