人工髋关节置换术与PFNA内固定治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折效果比较

Comparison of Artificial Hip Joint Replacement and PFNA Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Unstable Intertrochanteric fractures in the Elderly

目的对比人工髋关节置换术与PFNA内固定治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月翼城县中医医院收治的60例不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为A组和B组,各30例。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果A组患者术后并发症发生率要高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者髋关节功能Harris评分要高于B组(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术与PFNA内固定治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折各具优劣,人工髋关节置换术术后并发症较多,但髋关节功能恢复情况更优。

Objective To compare the effect of artificial hip arthroplasty and PFNA internal fixation for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures admitted to yicheng traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into group A and group B,with 30 patients each.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).In group A,Harris score of hip function was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Both artificial hip arthroplasty and PFNA internal fixation have advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly,and there are more complications after artificial hip arthroplasty,but the functional recovery of hip joint is better.
