关节镜手术治疗膝关节损伤的临床疗效

Clinical Effet of Arthroscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Knee Joint Injury

目的分析关节镜手术在膝关节损伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取葫芦岛市第六人民医院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的患有膝关节损伤的患者60例,将其随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组使用常规手术进行治疗,实验组则使用关节镜手术进行治疗。对比两组的临床总有效率以及膝关节功能。结果实验组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(96.67%vs.73.33%),膝关节功能评分高于对照组(82.79±5.96 vs.62.58±4.82,分),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术治疗膝关节损伤患者临床疗效好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee joint injury.Methods A total of 60 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to the sixth people's hospital of huludao city,from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,30 cases each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with arthroscopic surgery.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy and knee function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.67%vs.73.33%),the score of knee joint function was also higher than that in the control group(82.79±5.96 vs.62.58±4.82,score),the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery for patients with knee joint injuriesis good and worth promoting.
