真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型乙肝肝硬化腹水的效果分析

Effect of Zhenwu Decoction on Ascites Patients Induced by Hepatitis B Cirrhosis with Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

目的观察真武汤治疗脾肾肾阳虚型乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年4月连云港市灌云县中医院确诊的脾肾阳虚型乙肝肝硬化腹水患者60例作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组进行常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用真武汤治疗。观察两组患者的身体一般情况和肝功能,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的体质量、腹水消失时间及腹围均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肝功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05),差异有统计意义。结论真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型乙肝肝硬化腹水可有效改善患者身体一般情况,有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction on treating ascites patients induced by hepatitis B cirrhosis with Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency.Methods From January 2017 to April 2019,60 patients with ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis diagnosed by Guanyun County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Lianyungang City were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine comprehensive treatment,while the observation group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The general physical condition and liver function of the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The body mass,ascites disappearance time and abdominal circumference of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The liver function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu Decoction can effectively improve the general condition of ascites patients due to hepatitis B cirrhosis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.
