柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of ChaihuPlusLongguMuli Decoction in Treating Post-stroke Depression

目的研究柴胡加龙骨牡蛎治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月齐齐哈尔市中医医院收治的407例脑卒中后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为观察组204例和对照组203例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量和抑郁评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(98.53%vs.90.64%,P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组,且抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effectof Chaihu plus LongguMuli Decoction in the treatment of poststroke depression.Methods A total of 407 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to qiqihar hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the observation group with 204 cases and the control group with 203 cases according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with bupleurum and keel oyster on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,quality of life and depression score of the two groups were compared.Results Thetotal effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(98.53%vs.90.64%,P<0.05).The quality of life was higher than that of the control group and the depression score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chaihu plus LongguMuli Decoctionin the treatment of post-stroke depression is significant.
