辛伐他汀片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Simvastatin Tablets Combined with Hydrochloropygramine Tablets on Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探究辛伐他汀片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月集安市中医医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者60例,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组(辛伐他汀片治疗)和观察组(辛伐他汀片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗),各30例。比较两组患者的临床疗效及心功能评分。结果观察组患者临床疗效及心功能评分均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin tablets combined with chloropygrigre sulphate on patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods A total of 60 patients with UAP admitted to Ji'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(received simvastatin tablets)and observation group(received simvastatin tablets combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets)with 30 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and cardiac function score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect and cardiac function score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin tablets combined with hydrochloropygrigre tablets were effective in the treatment of patients with UAP.
