血塞通注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响

Clinical Effect of Xuesaitong Injection Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Capsules on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Hemorheology

目的探讨血塞通注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法选取40例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加血塞通注射液治疗。治疗2周为1个疗程。评估两组的治疗有效率和全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血浆黏度指标。结果治疗后两组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血浆黏度均有所降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(90.00%vs.70.00%,P<0.05)。结论使用阿托伐他汀联合血塞通注射液可以提高急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果,降低血液黏稠度,改善患者的预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheology.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong Injection on the basis of the control group.One week was as a course of treatment.The therapeutic effect,high shear viscosity of whole blood,low shear viscosity of whole blood and plasma viscosity of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.00%vs.70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Xuesaitong Injection can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,reduce blood viscosity,and improve the prognosis of patients.
