伊伐布雷定治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的效果和对心功能的影响

Effect of Ivabradine on Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure and Its Impact on Cardiac Function

目的对伊伐布雷定治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的效果和对心功能的影响进行分析和评价。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月江苏省如皋博爱医院收治的急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭50例患者作为研究对象。使用双盲分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组使用常规治疗方式,观察组则在对照组治疗基础之上增加伊伐布雷定进行治疗,比较两组患者的心率、N末端脑利钠肽原、收缩压、舒张压以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后。对照组患者心率和收缩压水平显著高于观察组,N末端脑利钠肽原和舒张压则低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者不良反应发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论伊伐布雷定能够有效降低急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者心率,同时对于患者血压的影响较小,不良反应少。

Objective To evaluate the effect of ivabradine on acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure and its effect on cardiac function.Methods From January 2016 to February 2018,50 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure in Rugao Boai Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group by a double blind grouping method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with ivabradine on the basis of the control group.The heart rate,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Heart rate,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure,ivabradine can effectively reduce the heart rate of patients,at the same time,the impact on blood pressure is relatively low,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients is not high.
