替米沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Telmisartan Combined with Levamlodipine in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨左旋氨氯地平与替米沙坦联合应用在老年高血压患者中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月武警黑龙江省总队医院第一门诊及住院部诊治的老年高血压患者64例为研究对象,采用数字表法分为两组,每组32例。对照组采用氨氯地平进行治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上进行替米沙坦进行治疗。比较两组血压以及用药后的不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者的血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,两组患者血压均有所降低,且观察组降低效果更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现2例不良反应,包括头痛1例、头昏1例,不良反应发生率为6.25%;对照组出现4例,包括头痛2例、头昏1例和1例轻度下肢水肿,发生率为12.5%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用替米沙坦及左旋氨氯地平对于老年高血压患者治疗效果较佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levamlodipine combined with telmisartan in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 64 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department of our hospital were selected from December 2017 to December 2018 and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases per group.The control group was treated with amlodipine.The observation group was treated with telmisartan on the basis of the control group.The blood pressures and the adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>O.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure of both groups decreased,and the effect of the observation group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases with adverse reactions in the observation group,including 1 headache and 1 dizziness,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7%.There were 4 cases in the control group,including 2 cases of headache,1 case of dizziness and mild lower extremity edema,the incidence rate was 12.5%;the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of telmisartan and levamlodipine is better for the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.
