无托槽隐形矫治技术在口腔正畸中的应用效果

Application Effect of Bracketless Invisible Orthodontic Technique in Orthodontics

目的分析无托槽隐形矫治技术在口腔正畸中的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月南京市建邺区南湖社区医院进行口腔正畸的92例患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序分为观察组(46例)与对照组(46例)。对照组给予常规固定矫治器,观察组给予无托槽隐形矫治技术,比较分析两组治疗满意度和治疗果。结果观察组固位性、舒适度、美观性、咀嚼功能的满意度评分高于对照组,且治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治技术对口腔正畸患者的矫正效果较好,可提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of invisible orthodontic technique without bracket.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,92 cases of oral orthodontics in Nanhu Community Hospital,Jianye District,Nanjing City were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment order,they were divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).The control group received conventional fixed orthodontic appliance,and the observation group received invisible orthodontic technique without bracket.The treatment satisfaction and treatment results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The satisfaction scores of retainability,comfort,aesthetics and chewing function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The technique of invisible orthodontic treatment without bracket is effective and can improve the satisfaction of patients.
