无痛分娩对临床初产妇产后出血量、泌乳功能和母婴结局的影响

Analysis of Effects of Painless Delivery on Postpartum Hemorrhage Lactation Function and Maternal and Child Outcome in Clinical Primipara

目的统模式自然分娩和无痛分娩;对组间的产后出血量、开始泌乳时间、24 h哺乳次数、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。方法选取2015年3月至2018年3月南京医科大学附属常州市妇幼保健院收治的80例临床初产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。分别给予传统模式自然分娩和无痛分娩;对组间的产后出血量、开始泌乳时间、24 h哺乳次数、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果研究组的产后出血量(103.55±3.33)mL、开始泌乳时间(15.99±3.22)h、产程时间均比对照组更低,研究组24 h哺乳次数(6.77±1.33)次、新生儿Apgar评分(9.55±0.21)分指标均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对临床初产妇予以无痛分娩,可以降低其产妇的产后出血量,帮助其提供泌乳功能和改善母婴结局。

Objective To observe the effect of painless delivery on postpartum hemorrhage,lactation function and maternal and infant outcome of primipara.Methods A total of 80 cases of clinical primary puerpera admitted to changzhou maternal and child health hospital affiliated to nanjing medical university from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as study objects,and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group.Natural birth and painless birth were given in the traditional mode;The amount of postpartum bleeding,time to lactation,number of lactation at 24 h,duration of labor and Apgar score of neonates were compared.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage(103.55±3.33)mL,the time of lactation(15.99±3.22)h and the time of labor in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The 24-hour lactation times(6.77±1.33)and neonatal Apgar score(9.55±0.21)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery to clinical primiparas can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the mother,help them to provide lactation and improve maternal and child outcomes.
