鼻内窥镜下腺样体切割联合扁桃体摘除术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效研究

Effect of Adenoidectomy Combined with Tonsillectomy under Nasal Endoscope in Treatment of Children with Snoring

目的探讨鼻内窥镜下腺样体切割联合扁桃体摘除术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效。方法选取宜兴市人民医院2018年1月至10月收治的儿童鼾症患儿54例,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组接受单纯鼻内镜下腺样体切除术,实验组接受鼻内窥镜下腺样体切割联合扁桃体摘除术。比较两组临床疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率92.5%,显著高于对照组(66.7%,P<0.05)。实验组打鼾症状积分(0.7±0.2)分,显著低于对照组的(2.0±0.4)分(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下腺样体切割联合扁桃体摘除术治疗儿童鼾症疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of adenoidectomy combined with tonsillectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods From January to October 2018,54 children with snoring were selected in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group received simple adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope,while the experimental group received adenoidectomy combined with tonsillectomy under nasal endoscope.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.7%,P<0.05).The score of snoring symptom in experimental group(0.7±0.2)was significantly lower than that in control group(2.0±0.4,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of adenoidectomy combined with tonsillectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of children snoring is remarkable.
