盆底超声对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Pelvic Floor Ultrasound for Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探讨盆底超声对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断价值。方法选取2017年5月至2018年10月云南省大理州人民医院收治的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者44例为观察组,另选同期健康体检盆底功能正常女性44例为对照组,均接受盆底超声检查,对两组检查结果进行观察比较。结果盆底超声结果显示,观察组尿道倾斜角、膀胱颈到耻骨联合下缘距离、宫颈到耻骨联合下缘距离、直肠壶腹部最低点至耻骨联合下缘距离、肛提肌尿道间隙与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);盆底超声诊断产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的准确率为94.32%,特异度与敏感度为95.45%、93.18%。结论盆底超声可清晰显示盆底结构,在盆底功能障碍性疾病诊断中具有较高诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of pelvic floor ultrasound for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 44 patients with postpartum pelvic dysfunction disease admitted from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected as observation groups.Another 44 healthy women with normal pelvic floor were selected as the control group.All subjects underwent pelvic floor ultrasound examination,the results of the two groups of examinations were observed and compared.Results Ultrasound results of pelvic floor showed that there were significant difference between groups in terms of the urethral tilt angle of the observation group,the distance from the bladder neck to the lower edge of the pubic symphysis,the distance from the cervix to the lower edge of the pubic symphysis,the lowest point of the rectum ampulla to the lower edge of the pubic symphysis,and the levator ani muscle space(P<0.05).The accuracy of pelvic floor ultrasound in the diagnosis of postpartum pelvic dysfunction was 94.32%,and the specificity and sensitivity were 95.45%and 93.18%,respectively.Conclusion The pelvic floor ultrasound can clearly show the structure of the pelvic floor,which has a high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.
