Theory and reality fully show that to cultivate a good career outlook for college students, the key is to accelerate the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, industry-education integration, only in this way can provide marketable talents for local economic development. Therefore, application-oriented undergraduate colleges should start from the trend of local economic development and strengthen communication with enterprises in personnel training,so as to make students adapt to work positions as soon as possible, realize seamless connection between internship and employment, and promote the interaction between enterprise development and college students’career concept.
