方家山核电核岛疏水排气系统调试经验及问题反馈

摘要 本文主要介绍方家山核岛疏水排气系统的主要功能。着重阐述其放射性废水再注入工况的系统流程、控制要点和注意事项。描述调试过程中发现的问题:一.主泵低压泄漏流无法正常排出,随后提出的三种处理方案。再具体论述三种方案的特点,详细叙述最终方案的优点。最后重点阐述低压泄漏流改造后可能会产生废液过多、泵启动次数停过于频繁等值得重点关注点的问题。二.潜水泵初次启动无法正常运行。通过现场情况来判断问题根源并给出处理办法和处理结果。 This paper mainly introduced the Nuclear Island Vent and Drain System of Fangjiashan, focused on the system flow, operating condition and precautions of the radioactive waste water reinjection. There are several key issues occurred in the process of debugging : Firstly, brought about three solutions to the Low Pressure Seal Leakage of Reactor Coolant Pump cannot drain normally, and gave specific description to the features of the three solutions and described with details about the advantage of the final decision. Emphasized on issues like the increasing waste liquid after the transform of Low Pressure Seal Leakage;the excessive restarting of Reactor Coolant Pump. Second, the failure to start the Submersible Pump for the first time. By on-site problem identification, solutions and outcomes were given.
