水利水电工程的现代化管理技术探究

现代社会经济的不断发展对我国水利水电工程提出了更高的要求。在工程建设过程中,水利水电工程具有较强的系统性,相关工作人员必须对其给予足够重视,确保工程建设质量能够最大程度地满足现阶段社会经济发展的需求。论文首先分析了水利水电工程的施工特点,然后针对水利水电工程建设过程中应用较为普遍的现代化管理技术进行分析,最后从资金管理、人员管理等五个方面探究了现代化管理措施,希望为相关人员提供更为丰富的理论依据,从而提高国家水利水电工程的建设水平,推动国家经济发展。

The continuous development of the modern social economy puts forward higher requirements for water conservancy and hydropower engineering in China.In the process of engineering construction,water conservancy and hydropower engineering has strong systematicness,and relevant personnel must pay enough attention to it to ensure that the quality of engineering construction can meet the needs of social and economic development at this stage to the greatest extent.This paper firstly analyzes the construction characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,then analyzes the modernization management technology widely used in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,and finally explores the modernization management measures from the five aspects of fund management and personnel management,hoping to provide a richer theoretical basis for the relevant personnel,so as to improve the construction level of national water conservancy,and promote the national economic development.
