At present,enterprises are in an era of fierce competition.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market environment,it is necessary to strengthen the reform of financial management methods of enterprises.In the new era,only by strengthening the methods and measures of accounting budget management can enterprises further improve the utilization rate of various funds and increase the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development status of accounting and budget management of enterprises,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to strengthen the management,hoping to provide some reference for the future reform of enterprises in this regard.
