摘要
学校治理对于教育治理而言格外重要,为了完善学校内部治理结构,需要持续推动学校内部的多元主体参与管理。教师是学校内部的核心要素,而在其参与学校管理时,却总是存在无法、无效、无权参与等问题。加快学校的共治管理建设,完善内部治理结构,并建立与时俱进的学校制度,需要从各方面认真考虑并改进。因此,论文对教师参与学校管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了应对措施。
School governance is particularly important for education governance.In order to improve the internal governance structure of schools,we need to continuously promote the participation of multiple subjects in school management.Teachers are the core elements of the schools,but when they participate in school management,there are always problems such as inability,invalidity,no right to participate and so on.To speed up the construction of shared governance management,improve the internal governance structure,and establish a school system that keeps pace with the times,we need to seriously consider and improve from all aspects.Therefore,the paper discusses the problems existing in teachers'participation in school management and puts forward countermeasures.
