在大型工程项目建设中应用信息技术不仅提升了管理质量,管理效率也会相应提高。信息技术是企业增值的重要抓手,在工程项目管理中应用获得了良好的效果。因此,相关人员需要对工程项目信息化管理有充分的认识,并以此为基础提出相应的管理策略。论文研究了大型工程项目实施信息化管理的必要性与相关策略。

The application of information technology in the construction of large-scale engineering projects not only improves the management quality,but also the management efficiency.Information technology is an important way for enterprises to increase value.The application of information technology in the management of engineering projects has achieved good results.Therefore,relevant personnel need to have a full understanding of the informatization management of engineering projects,and put forward corresponding management strategies based on this.This paper studies the necessity and relevant strategies of implementing informatization management in large-scale engineering projects.
