房地产经济与市场经济发展协调问题研究

Research on the Coordination Problems of Real Estate Economy and Market Economy Development

房地产经济对于我国经济的迅速发展有着十分重要的作用,但是在当前发展阶段过程中,房地产经济的市场存在明显供求关系的问题,容易引发房地产经济的风险。因此,必须要加强对房地产问题的探究。论文主要针对房地产经济与市场经济发展协调存在的问题进行讨论,指出相关的解决对策,希望能够更好地促进我国经济平稳顺利地增长。

Real estate economy plays a very important role in the rapid development of China's economy.However,in the current development stage,the real estate economy has obvious problems in the market of supply and demand,which easily leads to the risks of real estate economy.Therefore,we must strengthen the exploration of real estate problems.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the coordination between the real estate economy and the market economy,and points out the relevant countermeasures,hoping to better promote the steady and smooth growth of China's economy.
