为更好地推动教育事业的长远发展,提高全民教育素质,创建服务型党支部,关爱职工身体健康十分重要。教师是培养人才的第一要素,身心健康的教师才能培养出身心健康的学生。为保障教育工作稳定、健康进行,党支部需要注重教职工身心素质发展,引导教职工关爱自身身体健康。论文主要就如何创建服务型党支部,关爱教职工身体健康发展进行具体研究。

In order to better promote the long-term development of education,it is very important to improve the educational quality of the whole people,establish a service-oriented Party branch,and care for the health of workers.Teachers are the first element of cultivating talents.Teachers with healthy body and mind can cultivate students with healthy body and mind.In order to ensure the stability and health of education,the Party branch needs to pay attention to the development of physical and mental quality of teaching staff,guide them to care for their own health.This paper mainly studies how to establish a service-oriented Party branch and care for the healthy development of teaching staff.
