BIM在工程造价管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM in Engineering Cost Management

随着我国建筑经济的快速发展,面对日益增加的高难度与复杂样式的建筑工程,传统的工程管理模式已逐渐不能满足现阶段建筑产业的发展。BIM技术利用数字信息技术提供完整、准确的建筑工程信息,在全生命周期建筑工程管理过程中具有明显的优势。据此,结合建筑工程项目管理中的各阶段要求,分析了BIM技术在建筑工程管理过程的优势及应用。

With the rapid development of construction economy in China,the traditional engineering management mode has been unable to meet the development of the construction industry at the present stage in the face of increasingly difficult and complicated construction projects.BIM technology uses digital information technology to provide complete and accurate construction engineering information,which has obvious advantages in the whole life cycle construction engineering management process.Based on this,this paper analyzes the advantages and applications of BIM technology in the construction project management process based on the requirements of each stage in the construction project management.
