黄芪多糖对高脂血症模型大鼠肝组织病理变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨黄芪多糖对高脂血症模型大鼠肝组织病理变化的影响。方法:选取医院动物中心成年SD雄性大鼠40只,按照随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、辛伐他汀组和黄芪多糖组,每组10只,辛伐他汀组和黄芪多糖组大鼠分别采用辛伐他汀和黄芪多糖灌胃给药,模型组大鼠采用等量0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃给药,1日1次,连续治疗8周。观察四组大鼠的血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙二醇(MDA)及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平,体质量增量、肝脏指数、肝细胞脂滴数目及面积和脂肪变性程度。结果:辛伐他汀组、黄芪多糖组大鼠TC、TG及LDL-C水平明显低于模型组,HDL-C水平明显高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄芪多糖组大鼠ALT、AST及MDA水平明显低于辛伐他汀组,T-SOD水平明显高于辛伐他汀组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄芪多糖组大鼠体质量增量明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);辛伐他汀组、黄芪多糖组大鼠肝脏指数明显低于模型组,且黄芪多糖组大鼠明显低于辛伐他汀组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。辛伐他汀组、黄芪多糖组大鼠脂滴数目及面积明显低于模型组,且黄芪多糖组大鼠明显低于辛伐他汀组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组大鼠脂肪变性程度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖可保护高脂血症大鼠的肝功能,提高抗氧化能力,改善脂肪变性,控制高脂血症。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effect of astragalus polysaccharide on pathological changes of liver tissue in hyperlipidemia rat model. METHODS: 40 adult SD male rats in hospital animal center were selected and divided into normal group, model group, simvastatin group and astragalus polysaccharide group via random number table, with 10 rats in each group. Simvastatin group and astragalus polysaccharide group were given simvastatin and astragalus polysaccharide for intragastric administration respectively, the model group was given equal amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for intragastric administration, once a day, with continuous 8-week treatment. The blood-lipid indices [total cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterin(HDL-C)], levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), propylene glycol(MDA) and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), body mass increments, liver indices, number and area of hepatocyte lipid droplets, degree of fatty degeneration of the four groups were observed. RESULTS: The TC, TG and LDL-C levels of simvastatin group and astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than those of the model group, while the HDL-C level were significantly higher than the model group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The ALT, AST and MDA levels of astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than those of the simvastatin group, while the T-SOD level were significantly higher than that of the simvastatin group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The body mass increments of of astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than that of the simvastatin group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the liver indices of simvastatin group and astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than those of the model group, and those of the astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than simvastatin group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The number and area of hepatocyte lipid droplets of simvastatin group and astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than those of the model group, and those of the astragalus polysaccharide group were significantly lower than simvastatin group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The differences in degrees of fatty degeneration among four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Astragalus polysaccharide can protect the liver function of rats with hyperlipidemia, improve oxidation resistance, improve fatty degeneration and control hyperlipidaemia.
