护理干预对腔镜食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理并发症的防治效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of complications related to operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical esophagectomy

目的探讨护理干预在预防腔镜食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理并发症中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年10月该院收治的行腔镜食管癌根治术治疗患者112例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对比两组患者手术临床指标、术中护理并发症发生率及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者住院时间、手术时间等临床指标均较对照组明显改善,术中、术后相关护理并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化术中护理干预能改善腔镜食管癌根治术患者手术时间、住院时间等临床指标,有效预防术中与术后护理相关并发症,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of nursing intervention on the operation complications of patients with endoscopic esophageal cancer radical operation,and to establish a nursing system related nursing standard for patients with endoscopic esophageal cancer radical resection.Methods A total of112 patients with laparoscopic esophageal cancer radical resection from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,56 in each group,which were control group and observation group.Surgical clinical indicators,incidence of intraoperative nursing complications and postoperative complications.Results The clinical indexes of hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative related nursing complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the data were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized intraoperative nursing intervention can improve clinical indexes such as operation time and hospitalization time in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical esophagectomy,and it is of great clinical significance to prevent intraoperative and postoperative care related complications.
