规范管理对原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者血压及血糖的影响研究

Effect of standardized management on blood pressure and blood glucose in patients with essential hypertension complicated with diabetes

目的分析规范管理对原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者血压及血糖的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月该中心管理的原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者80例,分组方法以“管理时间的先后顺序”为主,分为对照组(采纳传统管理)和观察组(在传统管理基础进行规范化管理),每组40例。随访1个月,对比两组患者依从性、血压达标率、血糖达标率、自我管理能力等。结果观察组患者依从性、血压达标率、血糖达标率、自我管理能力均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理可显著提高原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者依从性以及自我管理能力,促进血糖以及血压达标,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of standardized management on blood pressure and blood glucose in patients with essential hypertension and diabetes.Methods Inclusion of 80 patients with essential hypertension and diabetes mellitus managed by the Center from December 2016 to December 2018,The grouping method is based on the"order of management time",divided into control group(40 cases,adopting traditional management),observation The group(40 cases,standardized management based on the control group),followed up for 1 month,compared the two groups of compliance,blood pressure compliance rate,blood glucose compliance rate,self-management ability.Results The compliance,blood pressure compliance rate,blood glucose compliance rate,and self-management ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management can significantly improve the compliance and self-management ability of patients with essential hypertension and diabetes,promote blood sugar and blood pressure,and the effect is significant.It is worth learning.
