妊娠期糖尿病血糖波动检测中动态血糖监测的应用分析

摘要 目的分析妊娠期糖尿病血糖波动检测中动态血糖监测的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规指尖血糖监测法,观察组采用动态血糖监测法,对比两组患者不同时间血糖控制水平与低血糖发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者空腹、餐前、餐后2 h、晚上10点血糖水平更低,低血糖发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用动态血糖监测法能有效监测妊娠期糖尿病血糖波动情况,提高血糖控制效果。 Objective To analyze the application effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring in the detection of glucose fluctuation in gestational diabetes.Methods A total of88 cases of gestational diabetes were selected in our hospital.The control group was monitored with the routine fingertip blood glucose monitoring method,and the observation group was monitored with the dynamic blood glucose monitoring method.Results Compared with the control group,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower at fasting,2 hours after breakfast,2 hours before lunch,2 hours after lunch,2 hours before dinner,2 hours after dinner and 10 o′clock in the evening(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 2.27%,lower than 27.27%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dynamic blood glucose monitoring method can effectively monitor the blood glucose fluctuation of gestational diabetes and improve the effect of blood glucose control.
