Application and manufacturing of CAD/CAM digital occlusal splint

目的比较CAD/CAM数字化■垫和传统塑料■垫在固位,舒适度,美观度,制作时间方面的差异。方法招募患者20名,研究组10人采用CAD/CAM数字化垫修复,对照组10人采用传统加热固化型塑料垫修复。由患者对垫的固位、舒适度与美观进行评分,比较2种■垫制作时间方面的差异。结果研究组患者固位评分低于对照组,美观评分与咬合舒适度评分均高于对照组。CAD/CAM数字化■垫的技工制作时间及临床操作较传统塑料垫缩短。结论CAD/CAM数字化■垫的舒适度,美观度高,节省椅旁时间。

Objective The differences of retention,comfort,beauty and manufacture time between CAD/CAM digital pad and traditional plastic pad were compared.Methods Twenty patients were recruited,10 in the experimental group were repaired with CAD/CAM digital pad,and 10 in the control group were repaired with traditional heat curing plastic pad.Patients scored the retention,comfort and aesthetics of the two kinds of cushions,and compared the differences in the manufacturing time of the two kinds of cushions.Results Clinical application found that the retention score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the aesthetic score and occlusal comfort score of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.The manufacture time and clinical operation of CAD/CAM digital pad are shorter than that of traditional plastic pad.Conclusion The comfort and beauty of the CAD/CAM digital mat are high,saving the time beside the chair.
