前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎手术治疗的效果评价

Effect of Surgical Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia with Chronic Prostatitis

目的探讨伴有慢性前列腺炎的前列腺增生患者应用手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取河北省第七人民医院于2018年7月至2019年6月收治的76例前列腺增生患者,所有患者均伴有慢性前列腺炎,根据随机数字表法将患者划分为摘除组和电切组,每组38例。摘除组患者接受前列腺摘除术治疗,电切组患者接受等离子电切术治疗,比较两组的临床指标。结果与摘除组比较,电切组患者的出血量减少,手术时间及住院时间缩短,最大尿流率增加,并发症发生率及前列腺症状评分减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对伴有慢性前列腺炎的前列腺增生患者给予等离子电切术治疗,效果显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia accompanied with chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled.All patients were accompanied by chronic prostatitis.The patients were divided into a removal group and a resection group according to the random number table,38 cases per group.Patients in the removal group underwent prostatectomy,and patients in the resection group underwent plasma resection.The clinical parameters of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the removal group,the amount of bleeding reduced,the operation time and length of hospital stay shortened,the maximum urinary flow rate increased,incidence of complications and prostate symptom scores reduced in the resection group,and the differences were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma resection was effective for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia accompanied with chronic prostatitis,worthy of promotion and application.
