双歧杆菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bifidobacterium Combined with Blue Light Irradiation in Treatment of Neonatal ABO Hemolytic Jaundice

摘要 目的观察对ABO溶血性黄疸患儿实施双歧杆菌与蓝光照射联合治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1至12月苏州市第九人民医院新生儿科收治的80例ABO溶血性黄疸患儿纳入本次实验,采用随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,各40例。单一组实施常规治疗与蓝光照射治疗,联合组则在单一组治疗基础上再实施双歧杆菌活菌制剂口服治疗。比较两种治疗方式下患儿血清胆红素水平变化情况、黄疸持续时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗第3、6 d,联合组血清胆红素水平均比单一组更低,且联合组黄疸持续时间短于单一组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率5.00%,显著低于单一组的17.50%(P<0.05)。结论对ABO溶血性黄疸患儿实施双歧杆菌与蓝光照射联合治疗,可以显著改善患儿黄疸症状,降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium combined with blue light irradiation on children with ABO hemolytic jaundice.Methods A total of 80 children with ABO hemolytic jaundice admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou City from January to December 2018 were enrolled in this experiment.They were divided into a single group and a combined group with 40 cases each.The single group was treated with routine treatment and blue light irradiation,while the combined group was treated with bifidum rod on the basis of a single group.The changes of serum bilirubin level,jaundice duration and adverse reactions were compared between the two treatment methods.Results On the 3rd and 6th day of treatment,the serum bilirubin level in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,and the duration of jaundice in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 5.00%lower than that in the single group(17.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of bifidobacteria and blue light irradiation on children with ABO hemolytic jaundice can significantly improve jaundice symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
