简单皮瓣修复术在手外伤治疗中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Simple Flap Repair in the Treatment of Hand Trauma

目的探究简单皮瓣修复术在手外伤治疗中的应用价值。方法选取庆阳市人民医院2015年3月至2018年9月收治的行手术治疗的手外伤患者86例,入院后均接受简单皮瓣修复术治疗,分析对比术前术后患者的手功能恢复情况以及手术治疗有效情况。结果经简单皮瓣修复术治疗后86例患者有83例成活,其成活率为96.51%。手术结束后,随访半年,86例患者其手部皮肤已恢复光泽和弹性。术后其手功能的优良率显著高于术前,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对手外伤患者行简单皮瓣修复术能有效提高手术修复的成活率,帮助患者的手功能得到良好恢复。

Objective To explore the application value of simple flap repair in the treatment of hand trauma.Methods A total of 86 cases with hand trauma admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from March 2015 to September 2018 for surgical treatment were selected for investigation.All the patients received simple flap repair after admission,and the hand function recovery and effective surgical treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment with simple skin flap repair,83 cases survived with the survival rate of 96.51%(83/86).After the surgery,six months of follow-up,the hand skin of 86 patients restored luster and elasticity.The excellent and good rate of hand function after operation was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple flap repair for hand trauma can effectively improve the survival rate of surgical repair,and help patients to get a good recovery of hand function.
