三联疗法联合大蒜素治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Triple Therapy Combined with Arlicin in Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer

目的分析消化内科治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床措施和效果。方法选取淄博市周村区人民医院2019年6月份治疗的80例十二指肠溃疡患者,分析其临床资料。根据实验目的将治疗的80例十二指肠溃疡患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组应用三联疗法,实验组则采用大蒜素胶囊进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡临床疗效明显,可有效清除Hp,加强临床的治疗效果,帮助患者更快的恢复病情。

Objective To analyze the clinical measures and effects of digestive medicine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods Totally 80 patients with duodenal ulcer treated in our hospital in June 2019 were selected and their clinical data were analyzed.According to the purpose of the experiment,80 patients with duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,while the experimental group was treated with allicin capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of duodenal ulcer is obvious,which can effectively clear Hp,and strengthen the clinical therapeutic effect,and help the patients to recover more quickly.
