平肝通络汤合并针刺治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Pinggan Tongluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的分析平肝通络汤合并针刺治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的120例原发性高血压患者。将其按照治疗方法的不同随机分为观察组(采用平肝通络汤合并针刺治疗),对照组(采用平肝通络汤治疗)各60例,对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果对照组治疗有效率(81.67%),观察组治疗有效率(95.00%),观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平肝通络汤合并针刺治疗原发性高血压效果显著,安全性得以保障。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pinggan Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture on essential hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with essential hypertension were selected from Changping District of Beijing from April 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group(treated with Pinggan Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture)and control group(treated with Pinggan Tongluo Decoction)with 60 cases each.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment satisfaction of the control group(81.67%)and the observation group(95.00%)were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pinggan Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective and safe in treating essential hypertension.
